My interest in your web site lies in the fact that although I was born and
raised in the USA as a half first generation Croatian (my mother is full
blooded American), I continue to be fascinated by the rich history that our
country, Croatia, is filled with. I travel to Croatia every summer, and
have been afforded with the opportunity to appreciate a completely different
way of life than I am normally accustomed to. I think it is a great idea to
try and spread the positive aspects of the Croatian culture. The idea of
connecting first, second, even third generation Croatians together through
out the world is not so far fetched. People should try and understand their
heritage and where their families come from. There is always something to
be learned from another culture.
