The Blaskic Witness List was introduced as a “Public” document by the
ICTY Prosecutors on July 11, 2006 during the trial of Josip Jovic and
became sealed and confidential on August 22, 2006.

The ICTY press briefing August 23, 2006 stated that “In the Jovic case,
Trial Chamber III yesterday granted a prosecution motion seeking to
remove an exhibit, initially made public, of two lists of witnesses in
the Blaskic case identifying protected witnesses whose names should
have been kept confidential.”

Please send this to anybody who can help to force The ICTY to free
journalist Margetic because of these arguments which shows that he did
nothing as its said in The Indictment of Carla del Ponte.
